See how a property developer deceived us before contract then lied to try to wriggle out of that contract. They then unlawfully resold OUR HOUSE to another British family. They have kept all our money and are now guilty of two assaults.

Thank you for your interest in supporting us.

Its been a tough battle for justice against these developers in Cyprus but a true benefit of going public has been the tremendous support from others. We wouldn't have got this far without them!

As property issues in Cyprus go our battle is certainly at the extreme end of the spectrum and we are mindful of others in similar situations and for all those waiting for their title deeds. We hope that whilst protesting and going public with our plight that we are able to have an impact on the bigger picture of property issues for everyone’s benefit.

Over this five year battle we have been tied up in expensive litigation. In trying to silence us there have been two frivolous cases filed and eventually thrown out of court. With the two assaults came four court cases, two criminal and two civil. One criminal case is at appeal for both the verdict and lenient sentencing, we are also waiting for the start of the civil case for damages for this same assault. We still have a private criminal case against our developer and the unlawful occupant currently at appeal with the Supreme Court and the main case for our money back has still not come to hearing despite being filed in 2006.

While juggling our family life we have endured some 25 plus trips to Cyprus which has taken its toll both physically and financially. Seeking justice for such an easy to prove breach of contract is a disgrace on the Cyprus legal system. We will continue to protest and raise awareness of the pitfalls of buying property in Cyprus. Any help you can give is extremely valuable to us.
