“Do you think people should be warned on the way you do business Marios?”
“Do you think that people should be told that, what you say and what you do is different?”
Me to Karayiannas

(audio on this website)

We have a cast iron contract deposited at the land registry.
Karayiannas choose to ignore it and keep our money. They have now resold our house to another British Family.
If they can do it to us, they can do it to you!
Read their letters on the Contract Breach page.

My full name is Cornelius O’Dwyer although I go by the name of Conor. I’m 38 and am self employed importer of giftware.
My wife, Michaela is a management accountant. We have two daughters Courtney 11 and Zoe 6. Our intention was to live in Cyprus and start a new business.
At the moment we are living in rented accommodation in Surrey.
If you are having a problem with Christoforos Karayiannas & Son Ltd or the Pittadjis Law firm in Paralimni you can phone us on our mobile (UK) 07967 589942
Once I know it’s a genuine call I will call you back on the land line.
You can email at: conor@lyingbuilder.com
We can also talk on skype. If you email me first we’ll swap details.

We have nothing to hide and very little left to lose!!

Cyprus has long been our favourite holiday destination and we were looking forward to making it our home. We also feel we have a lot to offer the country.
My first trip Age 20 (serving in the Parachute Regiment)

"I don’t know how you can do it to people Michelle, I really don’t. You’re not selling toasters, you know."
"I’m trying to do the nice thing Michelle you guys have laid some things on us. You told us some lies at the time and we are really not happy but were having the house as not happy people."

Do you want to give Karayiannas your life savings?
Ask Michelle Anglou to show you the "demands" they gave to us. They don't exist, its even impossible in the time frame. Listen to the Audio yourself. examine the dates.
It may take years to get our money back. Will Karayiannas be around then!
