Karayiannas Developers have proved to me they are morally bankrupt.
How long till their business follows suit?
There is only one inevitable outcome if you treat your customers this way.
Where does that leave us and other customers waiting for their title deeds?
On this page I will be publishing other people’s problems with Karayiannas.
"every time this is happening to me, from my experience
you are not the first one, you are the 100 one"
Marios Karayiannas February 10, 2006
I want to find the other 99.
If you have any site plans from Karayiannas for their sites please share them. As we know, what they tell one person is not necessarily the same as others on your development. Only together will their customers be able to see the full picture.
I can only publish items that I have proof of, but if you have a story about KarayAnus (as one expat calls them) then please let me know and once I've investigated it, with your permission I will publish it here.
Even in one of my meetings (February 10) you can hear Marios Karayiannas boast about how he built a new APARTMENT BLOCK next to somebody’s house that he was completing and his shock that they would be unhappy about what he's done. (At the time I didn't understand what he was rambling on about and just agreed with him. another good reason to tape his conversations) I intend now to find that person and all like us and tell our stories about this company.
When I'm over again (for their court hearings) I will be asking other residents of their nightmares.
Its been my experience that Christoforos Karayiannas & Son Ltd has absolute contempt for their customers once they signed their contracts. Oh yes, we too were fooled by sitting down for a lovely meal in Freneros with Christoforos and Marios Karayiannas while Michelle Anglou bounced our kids on her knees. (more on her later)
SHOCKER
It had been reported that
Chr. Karayiannas & Son Ltd
had
re-mortgaged the land of
Phase 1 of Ayios Sergios.
Phase 1 has been occupied for some time!
You can follow the two threads relating to this issue here:-
You can read Nigel Howarth’s comments on mortgaged land HERE. Nigel is the guy who advises on legal matters in the forums and has written the book “Buying a Home in Cyprus” He has also discussed this problem in radio interviews
Karayiannas use to display this logo on their site. They were not even members of the AIPP
Then they went down to this badge
And now they display this badge.
Check the membership websites for yourself. It's the industries job from now on not mine. But I will do you one last letter and see if internationally I can get the FIABCI to act and remove both this logo from their website and hopefully the clown who wrote this on their behalf. (Note: The clown reference was to the best of our knowledge)
